Further, any contract entered into through Ledomwatches.com is governed by the terms stated herein as well as those, as the case may be, agreed between the parties. Any other terms are expressly excluded. Without prejudice to the principle of good faith and business ethics as well as, in general, the provisions governing legal transactions, in particular those concluded at a distance (where applicable), each user who enters and uses the services of Ledomwatches.com is considered that he consents and unconditionally accepts the terms set forth herein, without any exception. If a user does not agree with these terms, he must refrain from using Ledomwatches.com and from any transaction with it.

8. Product Shipments

Ledomwatches.com can serve customers from all over Greece and abroad.

All shipments within Greece are made are undertaken by  Courier or Geniki Taxydromiki. For orders over 50 €, the costs for shipping throughout Greece are free, while for purchases worth less than 50 €, regardless of weight, address and payment method, is 6 €.

GREECE:

The shipping methods (after your order has been confirmed) are the following:

Throughout the Attica region:

· By courier and delivery within 2-3 working days.

In all urban centers and big cities:

· By courier and delivery within 2-3 working days.

In all inaccessible areas:

Pick up from the nearest ACS or Geniki Taxydromiki Office in the area within 3-5 working days.

CYPRUS:

The shipping methods for orders by any method of payment (cash on delivery is not a option for Cyprus) are the following:

·   For orders under 70 € the order is sent (after your order has been confirmed) by courier with delivery within 1-5 working days. The shipping charge is 10 €, regardless the weight.

·   For orders over 70 € the order is sent (after your order has been confirmed) by courier with delivery within 1-5 working days. The shipping charge is free.

ABROAD:

Orders from abroad are sent by courier

· In the countries of the European Union the shipping charge is 20 €.

· In all countries outside the European Union the shipping charge  is 80 €.

Cash on delivery is not possible for foreign countries.

In cases of inaccessible areas abroad, shipments are held by the Hellenic Post.

In case of shipments to countries outside the European Union, the customs charges are borne entirely by the customer.

In case your order cannot be executed due to force majeure (bad weather, strikes, etc.), we will contact you to let us know if you wish to complete it. Also for places which have distance more than 20 km from cities where there is an ACS or Geniki Taxydromiki Office, as well as in some remote islands there may be an additional charge.

In case of choosing the payment method "cash on delivery" and after your order is confirmed by phone or by e-mail with the customer service department,  your order will be shipped within 2-3 working days. It is not possible to book the product for more than the above period.

The buyer has the obligation to accept and recieve the product ordered in our online store, at the agreed day and time and the payment of the price, by cash on delivery. In case of refusal, or inability of the courier company to contact the buyer, for a period of up to 6 working days, he will be charged with the shipping, transport and return costs, 10 euros, which he will pay to the company.

9. Withdrawal and Returns of products

You have the right to return the products you bought, without having to inform us the reason why you want the products returned, within fourteen days (14) from the date you receive them, according to article 3e of Law 2251 / 1994.

In this case, you only incur the direct cost of returning the products. Returns are only accepted if the products you wish to return are in the same condition in which you received them and accompanied by the proof of purchase (receipt).

Prerequisite for the return of the product is:

i. Not to be used.

ii. Do not cause internal or external damage

iii. Be in its original packaging with proof of purchase.

In case of return of the products, your refund will be completed within 14 days, from the date you will notify us of your withdrawal and after we have received the products within the specified period. Please contact us before returning any product.

In case you have prepaid part of the amount for the reservation of the product, you have not received it yet and you withdraw within the above period (14 days), the company is obliged to return the amount of the deposit within 14 days, from the date you will notify us of your withdrawal. If the withdrawal takes place after the 14 days, the company is not obliged to return the amount of the deposit.

10. Product Prices

All prices presented in our catalogs include VAT. These prices refer to the quantities that are available in our warehouse, while Ledomwatches.com reserves the right to adjust the prices. A large number of our products are offered at a discount from the suggested prices of the Greek delegations. For installments made by credit card, the amount of the monthly installment is the division of the price of the total amount of the order.

11. Applicable Law

All transactions you make through Ledomwatches.com are governed by International and European law regulating issues related to electronic commerce (Directive 2000/31 / EC, Presidential Decree 131/2003), as well as the Law on Consumer Protection (N 2251/1994) regulating issues related to distance selling.
